Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out and we'll investigate and resolve it at no cost to you.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and we're unable to cancel.
